1: Print and send home parent letters.
In Class Management, you’ll find printable parent letters in English and Spanish. These letters include everything families need to get started at home.

2: Help families create a Family Account.
While students can log in at home the same way they do at school, creating a Family Account unlocks helpful features:
- Families can stay logged in—no need to enter login credentials each time
- Add up to five children to one account
- Access reports, family activity calendars, help, and Parent University
Tip: On the login screen, families click “Create My Family Account” to get started.
3: Keep families motivated.
Try these ideas to build a strong home-school connection and encourage regular use:
- Send home progress charts and certificates to celebrate learning
- Share seasonal challenges during fall, winter, spring, and summer breaks
- Include reminders in newsletters, texts, or other communication to promote use
