3: Prepare student login cards, or an alternative.

Your students can log in five different ways. The best method depends on their age and your classroom setup:

  • Super Secret Code: A fun 4-picture password perfect for prereaders; recommended for Pre-K–1st.
  • Student ID: Works for classrooms using unique ID numbers.
  • Google, Clever, or ClassLink: Seamlessly integrates with your district’s existing login system.

4: Set up student tablets or computers.

For tablets:

Download the free MyF2B app from the app store on your tablets. (Your district may have already installed it.)

For Chromebooks and computers:

Open a browser and go to myf2b.com.  (Bookmark the site for easy access.)

For students who use Clever® and Classlink®, make sure Footsteps2Brilliance is set up on your portal.
