Why is my new student getting the "Whoops!" message when logging on to a device?

If your student sees the "Whoops!" message when logging on to a device for the first time, this may be due to the fact that the student's account is not yet on the device. This can be fixed by having any MyF2B user log into the app while connected to WiFi. We recommend that you play in MyF2B for a few minutes while you are online to ensure a successful connection to the MyF2B servers.


You can determine whether the MyF2B app has a Wi-Fi connection by looking in the top right corner of the login screen. The icon should be blue with the word "Online."
