If your student sees the "Whoops!" message when logging on to a device for the first time, this may be due to the fact that the student's account is not yet on the device. This can be fixed by having any Footsteps2Brilliance user log into the app while connected to WiFi. We recommend that you play in Footsteps2Brilliance for a few minutes while you are online to ensure a successful connection to the Footsteps2Brilliance servers.

You can determine whether the Footsteps2Brilliance app has a WiFi connection by looking in the top right corner of the login screen. The icon should be blue with the word "Online."
