How do I create a homeroom class?

Before you get started, make sure you know the difference between a homeroom and flexible class. 

You can create a homeroom class by clicking on the Home menu in the top right corner and selecting Class Management: 

Once in Class Management, click on +Add Class:

For class type, select Homeroom and fill out the required fields, then click Next:

To finalize creating the class, select an Avatar and Color* to represent the homeroom class and click Save:

Once the class has been created, you can click OK to close the window, or click Open Class to open the class:

Your class avatar appears in Reports and in your students' My Assignments module.

If a student is enrolled in multiple classes, and both teachers make assignments, then the student will select your class to complete their assignments
