Why am I seeing a white screen on my Android device?

When first running the app you will be prompted to allow the F2B app to access photos, media, and files on your device.



In order for the app to function as intended, please allow access to your device storage. 

Footsteps2Brilliance will use this to download books and games to allow you to access the app offline.



If you select Deny, you will see a white screen when logging into Footsteps2Brilliance


To resolve, please follow these steps*:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Tap on Apps

  3. Locate the F2B app

  4. Tap on it and scroll down to Permissions

 

  1. Tap Permissions



  1. Toggle both switches on to allow our app access to use your local storage and microphone

  1. Reopen the F2B app and enjoy!




*interface might be slightly different, depending on your device manufacturer.
