How do I submit a request for help with my family account?

To submit a request for support, click the F2B Parent University button on the

home page:



Then click on the Submit a ticket button in the upper right-hand corner:



Fill out the support request form making sure that you fill out all sections, and then click on the Submit button. If you'd like to include any screenshots or recordings, you can attach them by clicking on the Attachment button.
